For your convenience, Dr. Stahl maintains a Fullscript supplement dispensary via this website. This allows her patients to obtain quality supplements from an FDA registered facility. The supplements available are tested to ensure they contain the ingredients on the label are stored at the appropriate temperatures. All supplements are not created equal, which is why Dr. Stahl chooses to work with Fullscript and recommend only quality supplements. For supplements ordered through our partnership with Fullscript, a percentage of sales is retained for administrative costs, however all supplements are offered with a 15% discount from the retail price. Please be sure to check the ingredients on all supplements you order for potential allergies or intolerances.

At Cinco Ranch Psychiatry, we provide supplements recommendations based on your initial comprehensive evaluation and individual lab results. Supplements are to be used as a tool to boost physiological support and increase the uptake of essential vitamins, nutrients and minerals that your body needs.

    Most of our recommended supplements are physician grade, which means that they are only available to licensed physicians. You cannot find these products in mainstream vitamin and supplement stores.

    Bioavailability is essentially a measure of how much of a supplement is absorbed into the body. Most supplements in mainstream market have a very low to average bioavailability. Because of the manufacturing processes of our trusted partners and the fact that our products are physician grade, the bioavailability is very high.

    With all of the impurities that must be avoided in foods as well as our environment, it’s critical that your supplements and vitamins come from pure sources.   • Whole Food Sources
    Whenever possible, we recommend vitamins and supplements from natural, whole food sources for you, our health participant. Whole food supplements are the most bioidentical products that you can consume for complete absorption and maximum health benefit. If you have any questions about our supplements or distributors, please don’t hesitate to ask.
At Cinco Ranch Psychiatry, we make supplement recommendations from brands that we have used, like, and trust. You are under no obligation to purchase supplements from the above dispensary however.
You are welcome to purchase your supplements wherever you would like, but we ask that you are careful about the quality of the supplements you choose and avoid purchasing supplements off Amazon who does not regulate the authenticity and quality of supplements sold on their site. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA. We have seen clients unknowingly use low quality supplements from local grocery stores or online and then not obtain the desired improvements in their deficiencies based on repeat lab findings. We don’t want you to waste your time or your money.
