Yes! We are accepting new patients.

We work with children, adolescents, and adults.

We do not work with insurance companies.  Practicing this way allows the clinic to focus on providing patients with more substantial and longer sessions than many other psychiatrists. Insurance places limitations on the types of services we can provide and prevents us from being able to fully personalize and tailor your care to your unique needs.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you can’t attend your session, we request two business days notice before the time of your appointment. We do charge the full fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.

We kindly inform you that we are an outpatient private practice and are unable to provide urgent same-day appointments for emergency situations and we do not provide treatment for severe mental illness. Please note that we do not offer a 24-hour answering service and cannot respond to calls after hours or during weekends. If you require immediate attention or are experiencing a medical emergency, we strongly encourage you to contact 911 or visit an emergency room or urgent care center.

Please be advised that some of our baseline lab work is covered by insurance. However, we highly recommend that patients check with their insurance company prior to scheduling blood work to ensure that all labs are covered. Certain integrative lab tests are not covered by insurance, and in these cases, you will be charged a fee for the specific test by the lab. Rest assured that the tests ordered will be tailored to your specific needs based on your initial evaluation. We strive to inform you of any additional lab fees that may be incurred and provide you with the opportunity to select which lab tests you are comfortable paying for.

This often depends on your needs. Some patients see their psychiatrist every month up to every three months. If you’re taking a prescription medication, we require a follow up visit at least every three months to continue prescription.

The preferred method of communication is through a phone call to our clinic. You are also able to email or message the administration team. Our team checks and responds to messages twice a day, from Monday through Thursday. Please seek immediate assistance if you are experiencing a crisis by calling 911 or proceeding to the nearest emergency room.
