Welcome to Cinco Ranch Psychiatry’s In Restoration Programs, where we offer psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults in the Katy, Fulshear, and greater Houston area. I am Dr. Nicole Stahl, and for the past 16 years, I have been providing psychiatric care to my patients.

In recent years, I have expanded my treatment options to include integrative interventions, which have had remarkable results. Instead of solely relying on medication, I have incorporated holistic approaches to address my patients’ mental health challenges. Many of my patients have found success in decreasing their medication or even discontinuing it altogether.

Meet Our Specialist

Dr. Stahl

Dr. Stahl graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, followed by a  doctorate in medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. After finishing her general psychiatry residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences,  Dr. Stahl completed a 2-year fellowship in Child and Adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Stahl is also a Certified Integrative Psychiatry Provider, highlighting her commitment to a holistic approach to mental health. Dr. Stahl is double boarded in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a  member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Stahl holds a Texas Medical License. Dr. Stahl is a believer and a member of Houston’s First Baptist Church. She lives in Katy with her husband of 19 years and their two children.
