Initial Evaluation: $575

  • Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment Questionnaire completed prior to first visit
  • One-on-One consultation for up to 1.5 hours with our experienced psychiatrist
  • Informed decision making on which lab tests to run based on clinical presentation
During our initial consult, you will receive a thorough assessment of your mental health, along with personalized recommendations from Dr. Stahl. We’ll work with you to create a customized plan moving forward that addresses your specific needs.
Prior to your first appointment, we will ask you to complete a comprehensive online mental health assessment that covers a range of topics including your health history, rating scales, and other lifestyle factors. We encourage you to share any recent lab test results with us.
During your first consultation session, which lasts up to an hour and a half, we will discuss your medical history and treatment goals. We may also recommend lab work to identify any underlying root causes of your condition.

Conventional Psychiatric Care

Once you have completed your initial assessment you may choose to continue care with conventional psychiatric practices. This care focuses on managing medication and ensuring that patients are receiving the correct dose and medication to alleviate their symptoms. Only basic lab work required for medication monitoring is ordered. This program does not involve any integrative testing or supplement recommendations. Follow ups are scheduled at a minimum of every 3 months. If medication changes are made, patients are required to return for a follow up with in 2-4 weeks. Each follow up appointment is up to 30 minutes unless additional time is needed or requested.

Integrative Psychiatric Care

Once you have completed your initial assessment, you may choose to continue care with our more comprehensive Integrative Psychiatric Care. With integrative care, patients may or may not require medication. Based on the initial assessment as well as following carefully selected lab work, lifestyle and supplementation recommendations will be made to address potential root causes impacting your mental health symptoms. Follow ups are scheduled every month for the first 3-6 months, and then as needed (minimum of every 3 months if medication is prescribed.) These more in-depth monthly appointments are up to 1 hour in length.

These two types of care will be discussed more fully during your initial evaluation. Dr. Stahl can answer any questions and help you determine which path is best for your mental health goals.

Lab Testing and Recommendations: $350

  • Comprehensive intake paperwork completed prior to appointment

  • One-on-one consultation (60 minutes) to review lab results and receive targeted recommendations

This one-time consultation is ideal for individuals seeking a focused review of lab work without ongoing psychiatric care or medication management. Many people are unaware of how common nutritional deficiencies can negatively impact their mental health. In order to help optimize brain function, we look at key deficiencies and lab markers that may be affecting your mood, focus, and overall mental performance.

Whether you’re aiming to improve functioning at school, work, or in daily life, lab testing can be a powerful tool to guide next steps. This service includes intake paperwork, a customized lab order based on your individual needs, and a one-hour session to review results. Lab testing costs are not included in the $350 fee and may vary depending on your insurance coverage or whether you opt for a discounted cash-pay option. You’ll receive targeted recommendations through Fullscript for any deficiencies identified.

This service does not include medication management or a broader integrative psychiatric evaluation. Please call our office with any questions.

For your convenience, Dr. Stahl maintains a Fullscript supplement dispensary via this website. This allows her patients to obtain quality supplements from an FDA registered facility. The supplements available are tested to ensure they contain the ingredients on the label are stored at the appropriate temperatures. All supplements are not created equal, which is why Dr. Stahl chooses to work with Fullscript and recommend only quality supplements. For supplements ordered through our partnership with Fullscript, a percentage of sales is retained for administrative costs, however all supplements are offered with a 15% discount from the retail price. You are welcome to purchase your supplements wherever you would like, but we ask that you are careful about the quality of the supplements you choose and avoid purchasing supplements off Amazon who does not regulate the authenticity and quality of supplements sold on their site. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA. We have seen clients unknowingly use low quality supplements from local grocery stores or online and then not obtain the desired improvements in their deficiencies based on repeat lab findings. We don’t want you to waste your time or your money.
